By accessing or using usecrow, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
Private beta access
usecrow is currently offered as an invite-only private beta. Access is granted at our discretion and may be modified, suspended, or revoked while the product remains in beta.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The usecrow client, documentation, and brand are owned by usecrow. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or other proprietary materials.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is” during beta without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, usecrow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
